Connetquot River Trip Information

Our fall trip to the Connetquot River State Park Preserve on Long Island will take place on Wednesday, October 22, 2008. We will meet at the south end of the Cheesequake rest area on the Garden State Parkway at approximately 5:30 A.M. and car pool to the park. The cost is $60 per person; bring your own lunch. Space is strictly limited to the first 32 members. More information at the September meeting.

Special rules!!! No wading above the hatchery/parking lot (beats 17-32). Only rubber footed hip boots below the hatchery/parking lot (beats 16-9). You may wet-wade below the hatchery in rubber-soled shoes/sneakers. No felt soled waders/shoes or chest waders of any kind.
