Meeting Information - New Time!

We meet the third Tuesday of every month (except for July and August) at 7:30 pm (fly tying starts at 7:00 pm) at the hall at Fireman's Field on Memorial Pkwy in Oakhurst, NJ. The meetings are free of charge and are open to all men, women and youth wishing to learn more about Trout Unlimited, fishing and conservation. Visitors and new members are always welcome. Meeting adgendas may include guest speakers, fly tying or casting instruction, and discussion related to conservation and fishing.

Directions from the old meeting location at the Ocean Township Recreation Center:

Go east on W. Park Avenue through the light at Whalepond Road. Turn right (south) on Larkin (the 1st right, about .3 mi after Whalepond - there is a sign with a picture of a firetruck on it just before you get to Larkin). Once on Larkin, go past Slocum and the firehouse and turn right on Memorial Pkwy (the 2nd right after turning onto Larkin). The meeting hall will be just ahead on the right side of the street.

Directions from the Garden State Parkway:

From Garden State Parkway Exit 105 travel east on Route 36 to intersection with Route 35. Head south on Route 35 for approximately 1.5 miles getting into right hand lane at intersection with West Park Avenue. Proceed through intersection with West Park Avenue and take jug handle for West Park Avenue Eastbound. Cross Route 35 and continue eastbound on West Park Avenue past the light at Whalepond Road (approximately 1.2 miles). Turn right (south) on Larkin Place (the 1st right after Whalepond Road (approximately .3 miles). There will be a sign on left side of West Park Avenue with a picture of a firetruck on it just immediately before the intersection with Larkin). Once on Larkin, go past Slocum and the firehouse and turn right on Memorial Pkwy (the 2nd right after turning onto Larkin). The Fireman's Field House is located just ahead on the right side of the street.
